今日は、長野市にある「オールド スパゲッティ ハウス」で素敵なランチを楽しんできました。おしゃれな街並みとレトロな雰囲気が漂うこのお店は、地元の方から観光客まで幅広い層に愛されているイタリアンレストランです。

Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely lunch at Old Spaghetti House in Nagano City. This Italian restaurant, with its retro atmosphere and charming streetscape, is beloved by both locals and tourists alike.

As a frequent visitor, I’m always excited to return to this popular spot.

オールド スパゲッティ ハウスは、落ち着いたインテリアとアンティーク調の装飾が特徴的で

店内に一歩足を踏み入れると、まるで昔懐かしいイタリアの街角に迷い込んだような気分になります。

スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、温かい雰囲気の中、ゆっくりと食事を楽しめました。

オールド スパゲッティ ハウスのメニューは、サラダやタパス、パスタ、ピザなど(公式HP参照)。

ランチセットメニューなどはなく、夜も同じメニューとのこと。

パスタは1,210円〜、ピザは1,430円〜です。

ワインやビール、カクテルなどお酒の種類も充実しています。

ノンアルコールメニューやドルチェ（スイーツ）メニューもあり。

Lunch sets aren’t available, but the same menu is served for both lunch and dinner.
Pasta starts from ¥1,210 Pizza from ¥1,430.

They also offer an impressive selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there’s plenty to choose from, as well as a selection of Dolce (desserts). Some dishes are also available for takeaway.

The Dish I Chose: Lightly Smoked Whelk and Fried Eggplant Spaghetti with Olive Oil Sauce

今回私がオーダーしたのは、「ツブ貝の軽い燻製と揚げナスのスパゲッティ オイルソース」。

最初に一口食べた瞬間、その繊細な香りと味に感動しました！

ツブ貝は軽く燻製されているため、口の中に広がるほのかなスモーキーな風味が心地よく、揚げナスは絶妙な柔らかさ

でスパゲッティにしっかりと絡み、オイルソースの深みをさらに引き立てていました。シンプルながらも、素材の良さが引き

出された一皿でした。

This time, I opted for the “Lightly Smoked Whelk and Fried Eggplant Spaghetti with Olive Oil Sauce.”

From the first bite, I was amazed by the delicate flavor and aroma! The lightly smoked whelk provided a pleasant, smoky taste, and the fried eggplant was perfectly tender, complementing the spaghetti wonderfully. The olive oil sauce enhanced the natural flavors of the ingredients, creating a simple yet refined dish.
