今回私が注文したのは、ひさりな食堂の定番メニューの一つである「魚ラーメン」。

まず、スープを一口飲んだ瞬間、魚だしの旨みがじんわりと広がり、シンプルながらも深みのある味わいに感動しました。

余計な味付けを控え、だしの良さを最大限に引き出したスープが、心に染みわたります。

具材は少なめで、ラーメンそのものを純粋に楽しめる一杯でした。

魚ラーメンという名前だけでも興味を引くのに、実際の味わいはそれ以上。派手さはありませんが、丁寧に作られた

一杯は、まさにほっとできる家庭の味。どこか懐かしさを感じさせる、そんなラーメンです。

This time, I ordered one of Hisarina Shokudo’s signature dishes: Fish Ramen.
